because of differences in form factors and button availability, but it 
seems one of Forum Nokia's writers has discovered the magic combination 
for the Nokia N8 and other Symbian^3 phones, see below.<br />

lose you the Ovi Store, Video Image editor, Ovi Maps, the apps 
aren't strictly in the firmware. Your mileage may vary, but be warned.

This should also work on the upcoming C7, C6-01 and E7, of course.<br />

You may be wondering about magic sequences for other Symbian phones.<br />

<ul>
<li>For the N97 and N97 mini it's 'shift', 'space' and 'backspace' held down while powering on</li>
<li>For the Nokia 5800 it's 'green', 'red' and 'camera', again all held down while powering on until the device vibrates.</li>
</ul>
Google "three finger" and the device of your choice for other combinations!<br />

Again, these are for HARD resetting. You'll lose everything on the 
internal disk and perhaps even some factory-pre-installed apps. Worth 
remembering the sequence should things go horribly wrong and if you're 
miles from a Nokia Care Point though.</div>

Consider this completely untested (by me), but it may well be of interest to any Nokia 808 owners still playing with various custom firmware and evaluating which is best for them. Dubbed "Belle Feature Pack 3" by its creator, the link and changelog (over the stock Belle FP2) are included. Comments welcome if you get time to try this.</div>

I suppose I should note that the usual caveats apply - if you don't know how to flash custom firmware then don't proceed - and don't blame us if something goes wrong and your 808 is rendered inoperative(!)<br />
